Delegates are requested to wear their conference nametag at all times.

Messages for delegates will be left on the bulletin board next to the Conference Secretariat and Registration Desk.
Time difference
South Africa ( Johannesburg ) is currently nine hours behind Australian eastern daylight savings time; two hours ahead of GMT; 3.5 hours behind New Delhi ; and seven hours ahead of Toronto. When it is 12 noon in Johannesburg, it is 9.00pm in Melbourne and Sydney; 5am in Toronto ; 3.30pm in New Delhi ; and 10am in the United Kingdom.
Currency
The monetary unit used in South Africa is the Rand. Foreign currency or travellers' cheques can be freely exchanged at banks, hotels and the airports. Automatic teller machines are located in central locations in Johannesburg and credit cards are readily acceptable at most restaurants, shops and all conference hotels.
Climate
In November it is summer in Johannesburg. The weather is, on average, around 25ºC (77ºF). Delegates are advised that warmer temperatures may occur. Evenings are usually cooler, approximately 14ºC on average.
INCIDENTAL EXPENSES
The organisers and the Conference and the Events Management Office will not be responsible for any incidental expenses incurred by delegates during the Conference.
